Booking Conditions

The following conditions apply to all individual bookings.

Conditions for group bookings are specified in the confirmation e-mail.

Hours

  • Check-in time (from): 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time (latest): 11:00 AM
  • Reception opening hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Restaurant : 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM (closed on mondays)

We kindly ask that you use the “Comments” section of the reservation form to inform us of your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late. You can also contact us by mail to provide this information.

If you are departing before 9:00 AM, we kindly ask that you complete your check-out the evening before.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room by 11:00 AM at the latest. Failure to respect this check-out time may result in an additional night’s charge.

If you arrive before 2:00 PM, you are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s common areas. We will do our best to give you access to your room as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

It is recommended to cancel as soon as possible once the reason for the cancellation has occurred.

  • Standard Rate:

100% of the reservation amount is charged at the time of booking. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival (unless specific conditions are mentioned in the confirmation email).

  • Non-Refundable Rate:

100% of the reservation amount is charged at the time of booking. No refund will be made in case of cancellation or no-show.

Early Departure:

  • Low Season:

For any early departure, the first canceled night will be fully charged. The following nights will be charged at 50%.

  • High Season:

For any early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Early Departure:

Prices include VAT.

The tourist tax is charged separately and will be collected on-site.

Payment and Booking Confirmation

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to provide your credit card details. Payments must be made using one of the cards listed below:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • CB

Any additional charges (bar, meals, etc.) not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on-site.

Infrastructure access

The hotel’s facilities (pool, gym, half-court) are exclusively reserved for hotel guests.

In order to use the hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, half-court), minors must be obligatorily accompanied by a responsible adult and will be under their own responsibility and supervision.

Additional Charges:

  • Extra bed: €16 per night
  • Pet supplement: €10 per night, per pet
  • Breakfast:

Continental buffet breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30 every morning.

    • Adult: €16 per day, per person
    • Children (<12 ans): 10€ / day per person
  • Half-Board:

The half-board includes breakfast and dinner, which is served as a fixed menu that changes every evening. The menu includes a starter, a main course, and a dessert (drinks not included). As the restaurant is closed on Monday evenings, only breakfast will be charged on Mondays.

    • Adult: €60 per day, per person
    • Child(<12 years old): 35€ / jour et par personne
  • Dinner: €45 per day, per person
